Membership Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the DogGos Daycare Membership Program —Please read the following terms carefully before enrolling.

1.  Membership Overview

  • Membership covers specific number of drop-off/overnights  per calendar week/month at a discounted member rate.

  • Number of drop-offs/Overnights Dependent on Membership level.

  • Membership renews automatically each week until cancelled by the member.

  • Charges will be applied automatically on the renewal date until a cancellation request is received.

  • Unused visits do not roll over to the following month and no discount or credit will be issued for unused visits.

  • Discounted Rate on daycare and boarding services outside of set number of visits

  • Discounted grooming rates

  • Discounts are only applied if membership is active and is in Good Standing

  • To qualify for Overnights memberships must be in good standing for 4 consecutive weeks.

2.  Drop-Off & Pickup Policy

  • Each visit covers a full day of daycare. No discount or partial refund is provided for early pickups.

  • Pickup must be completed no later than 6:45 PM.

  • Dogs not collected by 7:00 PM will be kenneled and an overnight boarding fee will be charged to the member's account.

3.  Canceling Your Membership

  • Members may cancel their membership at any time by contacting DogGos Daycare directly.

  • Cancellation requests must be received before the next renewal date to avoid the following renewals charge.

  • No refunds will be issued for partially used membership weeks.

  • If a overnight visit has been used a  4 week membership cancellation windows is applied

4.  Guest Expectations & Member Responsibilities

  • All dogs must be friendly and non-aggressive toward both humans and other dogs at all times.

  • DogGos Daycare reserves the right to provide additional obedience training during your dog's stay if required for the safety of guests and staff.

  • A charge of $25 will be applied if excessive obedience training is required during a visit.

  • Any damage to DogGos facilities beyond normal wear and tear will be charged to the member's account.

  • Intact dogs over 1 year of age will be subject to additional supervision and clean-up fees.

5.  Health & Safety

  • All dogs must be up to date on required vaccinations prior to their first visit. Proof of vaccination may be requested.

  • Dogs showing signs of illness, injury, or aggression upon arrival may be refused entry for the safety of all guests.

  • DogGos Daycare staff reserve the right to seek emergency veterinary care if necessary; associated costs are the responsibility of the member.

6.  Terms of Service & Liability Waiver

By registering for a DogGos Daycare membership, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to our full Terms of Service and Liability Waiver. Both documents are available at: https://doggosdaycare.ca. Enrollment constitutes acceptance of all policies outlined in those documents as well as the terms stated herein.

7.  Amendments

DogGos Daycare reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of material changes in advance. Continued use of the membership after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
