General rules

• DogGos Daycare reserves the right to deny entry to any dog/human at anytime for any reason at our discretion.

• By entering the facility all users acknowledge and accept the liability waiver.

• All services are subject to availability on a first come first served basis.

• Latest pickup time is 7 PM. All dogs left after 7PM will be kenneled with a meal overnight and standard boarding rates will apply. Subject to overnight booking capacity, dogs left after 7pm without prior scheduling may not be kenneled privately.

• In order to ensure the health and safety of all our guests DogGos may, at our discretion, engage the assistance of local Veterinary services. DogGos will attempt to contact you or your listed emergency contact in the event we feel Veterinary care is required; your contact information will be provided to the Veterinary clinic at the time their services are engaged. All veterinary costs will be the sole responsibility of the Dog’s owner and not DogGos LTD

• The dog owner is responsible for any costs associated with damages caused by their dog including,

• Damage to the facility caused by dogs beyond reasonable wear and tear will result in a fee

• Veterinary care  for other animals if your dog is found to be the aggressor.

• All dogs must be up to date on all shots

• All dogs must be non-aggressive and freely give up toys and food

• Grooming services only includes a half hour of Daycare service.

• All dogs over the age of 1 years must be neutered.

• All dogs must be comfortable with dogs of all sizes, breeds and temperaments.

Play area restrictions

• All dogs must be non-aggressive and freely give up toys and food at the direction of our staff.

  Boarding and reservation considerations

•       Boarding reservations require a credit card deposit at time of booking.

•       An assessment of the dog will be completed by DogGos LTD prior to any booking being finalized

  Guest Behavior Expectations

  • All dogs are expected to behave as good citizens while at DogGos.

  • Food aggression, overly aggressive play, failure to respond to direction will result in obedience training. You will be charged for the training.

  • Daycare >> You will be notified and given to option to pickup your dog.

  • Overnight/Extended stay >> You will be notified, and the training will be provided at cost.

  Your dog will not be welcome back until the training is complete.

  • Damage to the facility caused by dogs beyond reasonable wear and tear will result in a fee

All dogs are welcome at DogGos with a few exceptions.

• Dogs who are aggressive, towards other dogs, or humans.

• Puppies who have not had their first round of shots

• Dogs of all ages who are visibly sick or who are actively receiving treatment for a contagious illness

• Dogs who are over the age of 1 and are not neutered.

• Dogs currently in heat
